When you access the Service with a mobile device, Health Gauge may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile or other pertinent operating system information, the type of mobile or computer Internet browser you use, and other diagnostic data. Unique Health Gauge device (e.g. watch) identifiers may be used to validate that each device is operating properly.

If you delete the Application from your phone, all the data will be deleted from your phone. To delete your account, you may send an email to [email protected]. There will be a 30-day hold period unless you notify us to delete it immediately.
Health Gauge may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (e.g. health care professionals and coaching service providers), maintain our services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service (in a non-identifying format), or to provide system support services to the user for dashboards used in presenting information and analysis as directed by you.
Your information, including Personal Information, will be stored using Google Cloud Services and/or AWS Cloud Services in either Canada or the U.S. based on geographic and regulatory requirements.

Health Gauge protects your Personal Information by making reasonable security arrangements against risks such as unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or disposal. Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation, and day-to-day operating practices as part of Health Gauge’s commitment to the protection of the Personal Information it holds.

By logging in to your account you can access much of your Personal Information. By using your account settings, you can change the Personal Information that you have provided.
By turning on the camera permission, you are providing Health Gauge access to your camera and captured images and videos stored on your mobile device, computer, or other device used to access the Service. Only the images that you choose to upload and save will be stored by the Service. Images will be used for profile picture and for tagging moments in time that the individual choses to save. You may choose to revoke consent to the camera permission at any time. If you choose to revoke consent for camera permission, you will no longer be able to upload or save images to the Service.
By turning on your location access, you are granting the Service access to your Connected Devices to enable device pairing. Health Gauge may also derive your approximate location from your device for use in Service features, including tracking your distance traveled and your elevation. You can always remove Health Gauge’s permission to your location using your mobile device settings. If you do not provide the Service with access to your Connected Devices, we will not be able to connect to your Connected Devices and Health Gauge will no longer appear in the scan when attempting to pair a Connected Device.
You may delete your account at any time through your personal profile. When you delete your account there will be a 30-day holding period where you can undo the delete and re-establish your account. To delete your account, you may send an email to [email protected]. There will be a 30-day hold period unless you notify us to delete immediately.
You can download a CSV (text) version of your information for your personal use.
All registration and health related information that has been provided will be managed in accordance with the Data Retention requirements below.
Data Retention
Health Gauge retains your Personal Information for as long as you are registered for the Service. Your health data will be retained for one month after your close your account and then completely deleted. A record of your financial/payment information, collected by our third-party service provider, will be maintained for a minimum of 7 years after your last payment is made.
Health Gauge may make changes to this Privacy Policy to ensure it is accurate and up to date. When changes are made, Health Gauge will revise the date on this policy and notify all users of the update.
Privacy Policy updates will be reflected on this page so that visitors to the site and users of the Service are always aware of what information Health Gauge collects, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
Your continued use of Health Gauge constitutes your agreement to any updates and/or changes to this Privacy Policy.
