Watch Setup

Upon unboxing of the watch, users need to make sure that: The watch is charged sufficiently. If the battery level is below 70%, charging the watch is advised.

The watch is operational, the screen works and is visible (there are no issues regarding brightness or screen visibility with the watch face).

How the Prosumer can confirm it is operational out of the box:

If the watch is off, turn the watch on by pressing and holding the physical button located on the top right side of the watch.

Swipe from top of the screen to the bottom of the screen to open the quick access menu, locate the about button and press it, ensure that the watch ID Is”HGauge_xxxx” (Note: xxxx refers to the wearable device 4-digit alphanumeric code)

Account Setup

Whether the users are simply setting up for their own personal use or as invited by care providers, clinicians, or Organization Super Admin – following the loading of the Application (via Apple App Store, TestFlight, Firebase or Google Play), they will complete the following steps:

Review and confirm Terms of Service
(online based form, also referenced by HG websites (company and applications)

Review and confirm Privacy Statement (online based form, also referenced by HG websites (company and applications)

If the users have been invited by a clinician or a super admin:

They need to check their inbox for an invite message, sometimes the E-mails end up in the junk folder, so if they don’t see it in their primary, they need to check their junk folder and look for an E-mail from support@healthgauge.com.

When the Prosumer is pre-assigned to a Care Provider organization, that end-user will have a confirmation notification email (and link), and will be additionally confirmed by the Care Provider organization (clinician lead).

How to activate a pre configured account:

Follow the link on the E-mail and either log in or sign-up depending on their invitation type to ensure access to the pre-configured account. (Note: If an account has been pre-configured, users can use the credentials shared with them by E-mail to log in directly to the mobile application).Web application login portal link: https://qa.healthgauge.com/ Account/Login

NOTE: If a user has been set up by a Super Admin or if the user is signing up by themselves, the Researcher profile will be deactivated by default so they will have to activate it or be assigned to a clinician so that the clinician can activate it for them. The only case in which the researcher profile will be activated automatically is when a clinician (Care Provider) sets up an account for a user.

Account Creation

User can create an account using their the web or the mobile application’s sign up function.

Web Application

To create an account using the web application, please click on the signup option located on the login page of the Health Gauge web application (https://qa.healthgauge.com/ Account/Login)

Enter you information and press the NEXT button.

Enter your desired User-ID and press the NEXT button.

Enter your date of birth and press the NEXT button.

Enter your weight, chose your desired unit and press the NEXT button.

Enter your height, chose your desired height unit and press the NEXT button.
