Step One:
Setup (& Calibrate)

Before you begin your measurements, make sure to follow these simple steps and calibrate your watch.

Attach the straps to the watch and ensure that the watch has sufficient battery.

Once the user has landed on the home page, navigate to settings → Researcher profile.

Activate the Researcher profile toggle

Enable advanced features tailored for research and data analysis.

NEW USER

Measure

Go back to the home page, and navigate to the AI PrecisionPulse page.

Calibrate the watch.

Accept the disclaimer pop-up.

Knowledge important information before proceeding with your health measurement.

Press start measurement.

Initiate the measurement process to monitor your heart health.

Place their finger on the ECG

Maintain contact with the ECG sensor on your FYH watch for 50 seconds to capture vital data.

Once the measurement is done, wait until an estimate is presented to them.

Patiently await the presentation of your health based on the collected data.

NEW USER

Monitor

User can monitor their data by:

Using the graph page.
Visualize your health data trends and fluctuations over time for better understanding.

User can monitor their data by:

Using the measurement item located on the hamburger menu.
Access the collected health history from the menu to delve into detailed insights and trends.

Returning User

RETURNING USER

Setup

Once the user has landed on the home page, navigate to settings → Researcher profile.

Check and make sure that the researcher's profile is activated (activate if not).

Press on the researcher’s profile → AI → make sure the BP estimate toggle is enabled.

RETURNING USER

Measure

Go back to the home page, and navigate to the AI PrecisionPulse page

Calibrate the watch.

Press start measurement.

Place their finger on the ECG sensor for the duration of the measurement (50 seconds).

Once the measurement is done, wait until an estimate is presented to them.

RETURNING USER

Users can monitor their data by:

Using the measurement item located on the hamburger menu.

Note

PPG signals measure blood flow in your fingertip, ECG signals track your heart's electrical activity, and HRV shows how your heartbeat varies. Our AI uses this data, along with your demographics, to estimate your BP.
