In order to edit Mockups the most straightforward way is to change them in the Photoshop, export image, crop that image in Figma, from where you can export it and upload to template.

UBI Template is using two additional fonts, called Satoshi and Playfair Display. They can be downloaded at Fontshare and Google Fonts and are 100% free for personal and commercial use.
