Yoghurt gets the veg infusion treatment
In 2014 the age of 25, entrepreneur Mia McCarthy launched the ready-to-eat bircher muesli brand ‘Yummia’ into the Australian market. Looking to expand and diversify Yummia’s latest offering capitalises upon the recent trend of fruit and vegetable infusion.
Yummia vegetable infused yoghurt offers an ultra healthy yoghurt snack. The products design was created by Boxer & Company with the aim to make consumers feel like they are enjoying on some freshly picked root vegetables straight from the garden. To achieve this the yoghurt pots feature both fruits and veggies in a stir-bottom yoghurt container, employed apparently to give consumers to feeling that they are digging up the vegetables.
Visually the bottom half of the pot is dark brown/black to represent the earth, incorporating an image of the vegetable and the pairing colour on the top half. Yummia is a wholesome snack with a touch of playfulness as well.
