The swiss army knife of fitness
RokiskyFitness has launched a Kickstarter campaign to support the launch of the first ever unstable height and weight adjustable pushup stand.
The Rokbell is a compact, multi-functional 6-in-1 customized pushup stand that forces you to do pushups properly. The innovative unstable base teaches the user to engage their core. This forces the user to engage more muscles resulting in more muscle activation. The patent pending design provides instant feedback whether or not the exercise is done correctly. Each Rokbell can weigh up to 30 pounds and be adjusted with 5 interchangeable 5-lb plates. Not only can the weight be adjusted but so can the height of the handle meaning maximum progression for each individual.
The Rokbell’s versatility allows for it to be used at any fitness level and in a variety of ways; as a kettlebell, dip bar, log weight, mobility tool, or an unstable and stable pushup stand.
The Rokbell’s inventor Erik Rokisky, a certified ACE personal trainer, comments:
After production Rokiskyfitness plans to launch a a member-based online program that allows people to belong to an open forum where diet, workouts, nutrition, and supplementation will be discussed in a way that any body with 30 minutes a day can take advantage of. An exercise database will be established teaching you how to perform the most efficient movements with the Rokbell.
RokiskyFitness has set a goal of 100,000 dollars for first production tooling and mass production. To view the kickstarter page click here.
