Coffee fuelled fitness
This month, Bulletproof has teamed up with respected trainer Lee Mullins, to launch the Bulletproof X Workshop Gymnasium fitness class at the prestigious Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge.
Bulletproof, founded by Dave Asprey, a pioneer within the field of Biohacking, is a branded coffee drink consisting of “upgraded” black coffee blended with grass-fed butter and “Brain Octane oil”, an 8-carbon fraction of medium-chain triglyceride oil. The benefits of coffee have long been known, but Bulletproof’s Upgraded Coffee beans are specifically optimised to remove performance-robbing mould toxins. Working alongside this, the Upgraded Octane Oil supports your body’s natural ability to activate Ketosis (fat burning “mode”), in addition to delivering an instant energy boost that stimulates the mind. In tandem, the grass-fed butter rich in Omega-3 and Butyrate helps to keep you feeling satiated for longer.
The Bulletproof X Workshop Gymnasium class is designed as a workout to energise you to take on the day, the class begins with a cup of Bulletproof Coffee. Costing £30 per class or £200 for 8, guests will be treated to the unique blend of Upgraded Coffee, unsalted grass-fed butter and Upgraded Octane Oil, placing you in a state of high performance where your mind, body and nervous system work together to help you perform at levels beyond your expectations.
The class brings together a fuelling mixture of breathing techniques, foam rolling and mobility exercises, Pilates and yoga movements, alongside aspects of animal flow, leaving you feeling strong, toned, stress-free and ready to tackle the day.
At the end of the class, guests will be given one of Lee’s custom made shakes, including Bulletproof’s Upgraded Collagen Protein to help recover, repair and restore.
